.IT domain for $15k leads end user sales

A college of pharmacy, a stroller comparison site, and a safety product seller bought domain names.

Sedo’s top sale this past week was for $60,000. According to NameBio, it previously sold for $13,000 in 2009. The Whois record shows someone in Poland. I can’t determine if it’s an end user purchase.

Here’s a look at some of the domains end users bought at Sedo this past week. You can review previous end user sales lists here. $15,000 – Cuore means heart in Italian, a fitting term to be purchased by the Bruno Pharmaceutical company out of Italy, which creates medicines for cardiovascular diseases. $15,000 – The site has a holding page that reads, “This site is dedicated to Suzanne Louise. Famous Warrior. We’ll see how it’s developed. $4,500 – St. Louis College of Pharmacy bought the domain name. It’s not clear what this stands for. $4,500 – Al Manara Capital in Jordan bought this domain. €4,400 – Kinderwagen is German for stroller. The domain forwards to, a comparison site for baby strollers. $3,999 – The domain is used for the German insurer Georg Soller. I’m not sure why the domain is being used this way. €3,750 – Forwards to This is currently a blog about design. €3,690 – Forwards to, a job search website.

Herbax. com $3,500 – Forwards to MyHerbax. com. Herbax is an herbal supplement & nutritional company. $3,355 – A Chinese manufacturer of medium-high voltage switch gear components. It develops, manufactures and sells this type of machinery internationally. $3,000 – This domain was bought by Ordamed, a leading distributor of medical equipment in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan. It owns this domain in other top level domains, too. $2,395 – EveryMatrix, an iGaming company, bought this domain. £2,000 – Forwards to, a UK-based seller of cleaning supplies and PPE.
