Privacy Policy

Date: August 2nd, 2026, Version 4.0

At Impreza we recognize that privacy is important. This Privacy Policy applies to all products and services provided by us.

Impreza Ltd is an offshore hosting provider headquartered in Seychelles. Privacy is not a feature we bolt on, it is the reason we exist. This policy explains the little we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to our hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, domains, email and related services.

Our core promise

  • We do not require KYC. You can open an account without submitting identity documents.
  • You can sign up without an email. We generate a unique client ID and a recovery token instead, or you may use an email if you prefer.
  • We accept cryptocurrency, so there is no card number, bank record or billing name tied to your account.
  • We do not monitor, scan or analyse the content you host. Your data is yours.
  • We do not sell, rent or share your data with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not combine it with data bought from third parties.

What we collect, and why

We collect the minimum needed to run your services:

  • Account: a unique client ID, and an email only if you choose to provide one. If you sign up without an email, we generate a recovery token so you can regain access.
  • Billing: your crypto top-ups and resulting account balance. Payments are processed through our own crypto payment infrastructure. We never see or store card or bank details.
  • Support: if you open a ticket or contact us, we keep what you send us so we can help you.
  • Operational logs: we keep minimal technical logs, such as those needed to keep the platform secure and to prevent abuse, for a maximum of 7 days. We do not use them to profile you or build a marketing picture of you.

We do not ask for your real name, home address, phone number or government identification to use our hosting, VPS or dedicated services.

Cryptocurrency payments

Billing is handled through crypto top-up invoices, currently Bitcoin, Monero, USDT-TRC20 and TRX. We store the invoice and your account balance, not a payment card or a bank account. Monero in particular is designed to keep the amount and the parties private.

Domains and WHOIS

Domain registration works differently from the rest of our services. To register a domain, the registries and ICANN require registrant details, and for some extensions that data can appear in the public WHOIS. We keep this to the minimum the extension requires:

  • For most gTLDs, we offer WHOIS privacy so your details are not shown publicly.
  • Some country extensions (ccTLDs) require real registrant data by law, for example a CPF or CNPJ for .com.br. Where an extension requires it, that specific data is the only information shared, and only with the registry that mandates it.

Outside of domain registration, we are not required to share your data with ICANN or any registry.

Data storage and security

Customer data is stored and transferred encrypted, on infrastructure we operate in offshore jurisdictions. Communication between our staff about customer data is encrypted as well.

When we disclose data

We keep your information confidential. We only disclose it where we are legally compelled to under the laws of Seychelles, and never on the basis of a foreign takedown notice alone. On services marked DMCA Ignored, we operate a DMCA Forward policy: we forward the notice to you and do not action takedowns on our side.

The Impreza website

This policy covers our services. Our public website and community may use essential cookies to make the site work, for example to keep you logged in. These are for functionality, not advertising or cross-site tracking. If a page embeds third-party content, that third party may set its own cookies, which we do not control.

Your choices and rights

  • You can view, update or delete your account information at any time.
  • If you signed up without an email, you recover access with your client ID and recovery token, so keep them safe. We cannot recover an account for which we hold no contact details.
  • You can close your account and ask us to delete the data associated with it, subject to any records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version and date are shown at the top.
