There is an active war in the country. Our Ukrainian infrastructure has kept serving customers throughout, and local operators have become very good at keeping capacity online, but you should still treat this location as one where redundancy is a requirement rather than a nice idea. Keep a tested backup in another jurisdiction, and know in advance how you would move if you had to. That advice applies everywhere; here we would rather say it plainly.
