Post the best name you have for sale for $500 or less

$500 or less

This post should be used to sell a name where you are making some money with no commission, and leave a little for the next buyer. With things the way they are I am going to allow up to 5 names to be listed to give you a little more exposure.

Every once in awhile there will be a comment about do we expect great names listed for $500? come on. No we don’t expect a great name, it’s about a name you want to sell that another domainer would want to buy, a deal where both sides feel good.

We have done $3,000 and $5,000 limits and guess what? No sales, partly because people just post a reg fee name at the max limit.

Where these posts have generated sales has been with the $500 – $1,000 limit. This is not for end user pricing or some obscure new gtld to sell. Mike and I have bought some names from these posts when there was a decent name for a decent price.

So this post is for the best name you are willing to sell right now with a $500 max price. Up to 5 names listed only. There have been a few who have tried to post more names using a different email address/name same IP all submissions will be deleted if caught.

Names will get some added exposure on Twitter, which is where about one third of sales have generated from previous posts.

The post should consist of only three elements:

  • Name
  • Registrar/Expiration date/Premium renewal must be listed if a cctld or new gtld.
  • How to contact

So not to waste anyone’s precious time, any post that strays from this will be deleted. Examples:

  • More than 5 names listed
  • A paragraph to describe the reasons why someone should buy.
  • Critiquing another poster’s domain name.
  • Listing price over $500

No need to post or email why did my comment get deleted ? If your post does not look like Name, Fixed Price, Contact, it will be deleted. Also no need to email if comment not approved, if I did not see your comment, I did not see your email.

If you make a sale leaving a comment is appreciated.

Disclosure: TheDomains.com has no involvement in any
