Teespring is a social e-commerce platform and changed their name to Spring. Namepros member Akos noticed they are transitioning from a .com domain, to a domain hack based on the Nigerian TLD country code .ng.

The domain name spring.com is used for a UK job website owned by Adecco Spring UK.
The move to a domain hack is always tricky, some people who are potential customers or users will never get the hack or get confused using it. If I was sure I wanted to go with Spring I would look to Spring.co or Spring.io.
The .io is a developed website and the .co does not resolve.
