Sabesp network hit by “external factors”

 

Information from users of social networks such as X/Twitter and Reclame Aqui indicate that there are problems with Sabesp’s service through its data network. According to news published on the website of Sintaesp, the union of workers in the sanitation sector in São Paulo, there have been problems in the network since Thursday the 17th: Sintaema received a complaint that Sabesp has been operating without a system since Thursday (17th), the company faces a blackout internetsays his note: “The situation is chaos. Since Thursday, only the Reservoir Control system (COO) has worked, workers can only access the other systems via cell phone internet or external networks”, explains Sintaema management at notice.

“The information we received is that for five days the Commercial, Savings, Reading and Customer Service sectors have been at a standstill thanks to the blackout, which affects all Sabesp units across the state”, adds the union management.

At the same time, the company informs in a pop-up note on its website “that it has identified instability in its digital network resulting from external factors”: “Sabesp informs that it identified instability in its digital network resulting from external factors and immediately adopted the necessary protocols to normalize the operations of its service channels.
