How does Impreza backup large MySQL databases with no spooling?
We use mysqldump to construct a complete archive of all selected MySQL data, and then streams the output directly into Impreza’s chunking engine. This allow us to read data in MySQL’s comprehensive backup format without requiring any temporary space in the local PC or server.
Where can I backup my MySQL data to?
We support many storage destinations including Amazon S3, Google Cloud Storage, Wasabi, Backblaze B2, or you can bring your own hard drives or FTP/SFTP server.
